- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went to this location for the first time today. Not knowing, I was at the wrong location should have gone upstairs to a different suite (203). I was trying to have someone look at my retirement plan sheets for my new job and instead of helping me or directing me to the correct suite the female (an older Asian female) had an unfriendly demeanor and basically told me to go to my bank to have it notarized. She asked questions but did not come off as friendly and she made me feel like a fool for coming. I felt like the female should have directed me to the right location(upstairs suite 203!! Where I was supposed to be) and acted friendly and caring. I do not write many reviews but will write this one. I was pissed. I learned I was at the wrong location and she could have had a bad time or day but she should have been helpful, pleasant, and informed!!By Michaela C, March 22, 2017
